5 tbsp oil
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp aniseed
1 big onion (sliced)
some curry leaves
1 tbsp tomato paste
To grind :
10 dried chillies (soaked in hot water for 10 mins)
1 tbsp vinegar
5 cloves garlic
1 inch ginger
Heat oil. Fry cinnamon, cardamon, cloves and aniseed. Add sliced onions and curry leaves.
Add in ground chilli paste once onion is soft. Saute till almost dry.
Add chicken, tomato paste, salt and some water. Mix well.
Cook covered, stirring occasionally till dish is dry and chicken is cooked. Serve hot with rice :)
