Dragon Fruit Smoothie

Yummy, vibrant smoothie....found some fresh dragon fruits being sold outside a farm and couldn't resist buying a couple of em...
Dragon Fruit Smoothie...

Remove the flesh from 1 fruit and slice to small pieces...Slice one ripe banana and put it all in a blender...add some ice cubes and 3/4 cup of water...blend it on high and it's ready to serve ;)

  8. Oh! the Red Dragon Fruits! I am so jealous of those who live in a warmer climate zone, they have access to all sorts of delicious fruits. I tried to grow the Dragon Fruit in Sacramento, but... the frost got it. Have to wait for the market to have some. Just looking at the picture makes me feel energized!
