All you need :
A bunch of baby asparagus
a carrot
3 shittake mushroom (sliced)
1 onion (sliced)
3 cloves garlic (sliced thinly)
2 red chillies
a bit of glass noodles (soak in water)
salt to taste
oyster sauce
Heat a little canola oil in a non-stick pan and saute the onion, red chillies and garlic...Add the carrot..cook for a few minutes and add asparagus and mushrooms....once veggies are 3/4 cooked, add glass noodles, oyster sauce and salt...stir fry and serve with rice...

Looks superb, might be I'll do this leaving out the oyster sauce, can I replace it with soy sauce..
