Chocolate Cupcake with Peanut Butter Icing

This is for Bake Along Challenge #1.....a monthly event I'm hosting from April....this month I chose Chocolate Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Icing...a recipe from my fav chef Ina Garten...can be found here......
These cupcakes are really moist, chocolatey and light....bakes beautifully....
The icing was awesome as well...compliments the cupcakes...but I reduced the sugar in both the cupcakes and the icing as I prefer a less sweeter version.....overall, a lovely bake...and brought some as a gift to my friends who just moved into a new place...they loved it from the first bite ;)
