Egg Masala

Ingredients :
3-4 hard boiled eggs
2 dried chillies
1 tsp coriander seeds, toasted and crushed with a mortar n pestle
some mustard seeds
1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
1 sprig of curry leaves
2 tbsp kurma powder

to grind :
1 tsp jeera
1 tomato (sliced)
1 big onion (sliced)
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1 tbsp cooking cream
water
 oil
salt

Method :
Heat some oil in a pan...fry mustard seeds, curry leaves and dried chiilies, add in ginger-garlic paste and crushed coriander....once fragrant, add the ground paste, kurma powder...fry a little then add in enough water and boil till gravy becomes slightly thick and masala is cooked..add salt...add in cream, mix well and turn off heat...pour gravy over boiled eggs and serve hot..;)
