Hi...yet another weeknight easy recipe..;)
Ingredients :
10-12 four angled beans (sliced)
1 big onion (sliced)
2 red chillies (sliced)
4-5 cloves garlic (minced)
1 egg (beaten with a pinch of salt)
oil
salt to taste
Heat oil and saute onion..add garlic and red chillies....later add in the beans and stir fry till 3/4 cooked...Then pour in the beaten egg..Let it cook a little then scramble it with the beans....Add salt to taste...Serve with rice :)
